If within 30 calendar days of delivery date you are in any way dissatisfied with an item you bought from me, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item of equal cost. I ask that you be reasonable, and don't return items that your dog ate, or that were damaged beyond recognition in a late night brawl at a model railroader convention. It could happen.
